09:00 — Departure from Lisbon
We meet in the center of Lisbon (location to be confirmed after booking) and set off along the picturesque roads of Alentejo — a region where the silence of the fields combines with the grandeur of historical cities.

Vila Viçosa — a pearl of marble
A cozy town with a population of several thousand people was once the residence of the most powerful dynasty of Portugal — the Dukes of Braganza. You will walk along the streets where kings walked, and visit the Paço Ducal Palace — a true masterpiece of the Renaissance, with a marble façade, Baroque halls and a gallery of royal works of art. Tapestries, paintings, copper utensils and even a room where they played blind man's buff.

Evora — an open-air city-museum
Evora is a place where the Roman Empire meets Christian mysticism. A sightseeing tour of the old town (a UNESCO site) awaits you, where every house and church holds a thousand-year history.

The Temple of Diana (2nd century) is the best-preserved Roman monument in Portugal.
The Cathedral is a severe and majestic building in the Romanesque-Gothic style with a panoramic view of the city.

The Chapel of Bones is a grim reminder of the frailty of life: the walls of the chapel are decorated with real human bones. “We, the bones that lie here, are waiting for you,” reads the inscription at the entrance.

Return to Lisbon - around 17:00.
